Dr. Farr, a Board-Certified orthopaedic surgeon, is the director of the Knee Restoration Center at the Knee Care Institute. After years of treating patients with a vast array of knee conditions at his Indianapolis office, Dr. Farr recognized the need for a facility dedicated solely to knee care, treatment, and wellness. The Knee Care Institute, which they founded, is the result of that vision.
