At the Knee Replacement Center, the future of knee replacement is just as exciting as the present. Currently, The surgeons at the Knee Care Institute are involved with several research and design teams, working to further advance the science of knee replacement. For example, new bearing materials have the potential to increase the longevity of joint replacements; enhanced design may provide improved long-term performance; and advanced surgical techniques may allow for less invasive surgery.
