The Knee Care Institute

Our Mission
|
There are four main goals at the Knee Care Institute: To expedite the most effective and efficient diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of patients with knee conditions
To provide excellence in knee health care by developing trust and encouraging communication between doctor and patient To implement innovative, state-of-the-art technological solutions as needed To focus on results-driven treatment
The Knee Care Institute, with its three distinct on-site treatment centers, is a total knee care facility offering quality, comprehensive care in the following areas: diagnostic, nonsurgical and surgical treatment, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. A specialized team of knee care professionals, including orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and therapists, work together to deliver effective, efficient care to every patient.
Whether you are an 18-year-old Olympic athlete or a 65-year-old grandmother who wants to painlessly walk her grandchild to the park, the goal of the physicians at the Knee Care Institute is the same: to restore pain-free knee function so that you can return to the activities you enjoy and the quality of life you deserve.

Three Centers for Highly Individualized Care
|
All knee problems are not created equal. Knee pain can result from degenerative disease such as arthritis; trauma or injury; or deformity. Not surprisingly, the treatment for knee problems also varies greatly. While some knee problems can be managed with conservative options such as physical therapy or medication, other problems require more complex treatment, such as minimally invasive surgery or total joint replacement. To that end, Drs. Farr and Kolisek designed the Knee Care Institute to offer three distinct, on-site treatment centers: The Knee Restoration Center, The Knee Replacement Center, and The Knee Healing and Wholeness Center. In this way, once a patient’s knee problem is accurately diagnosed, the patient will be referred to the KCI Center best suited to his or her treatment needs.
